TeleGram Collective takes your privacy very seriously. For the purposes of the site and membership needs, we do, however, need to collect and retain certain personal information to confirm your identity, authorize transactions, and verify your legal right to access and use medical marijuana. A copy of your doctor’s recommendation and California ID or Driver’s License needs to be submitted to us and kept on record. If you do not have a California ID and have an out of state ID, a copy of the ID and proof of residency may be scanned until a California ID has been obtained. All information submitted to us must be kept on record according to local law. However to ensure your medical records cannot be compromised, TeleGram Collective takes the utmost care that your personal information is kept private and secure.

A California physician can recommend the use of marijuana for treating a wide number of health problems, usually to assist in managing: pain, anxiety, and/or appetite for a resident of California. The recommendation allows us to verify that a patient can legally possess and use medical marijuana.
First, you must be a medical marijuana patient recognized by the state of California. In order to do so, you must obtain a California Medical Marijuana Recommendation. You will need to locate a licensed medical marijuana doctor who provides recommendations. You can access a list of these Doctors and Clinics on Weedmaps.com. If your doctor thinks that medical marijuana can help you through your illness or ailment, he or she can elect to write you a recommendation. Second, you must have a valid California State ID or License. Once you have obtained both of the necessary documents, you can become a member of TeleGram Collective.
Medical cannabis is legal under state and local law. Voters in California legalized the use, cultivation, and possession of cannabis for those with a doctor’s recommendation or approval when they adopted Proposition 215 in 1996, also known as The Compassion Use Act. Within California, the Act allows for the recommendation by a physician for the medical use of marijuana by a patient, and the cultivation, transportation and use of marijuana for medical purposes by patients and caregivers.
The Compassionate Use Act exempts patients, caregivers and physicians who recommend the use of marijuana for medical purposes from criminal laws, punishment, or the denial of any rights or privileges. Senate Bill (SB) 420 (Chapter 875, Statutes of 2003) was written into law in December of 2003 (see California Health and Safety Code, Article 2.5, Sections 11362.7 through 11362.83) and is part of California law to this date.
At this time cash is the only method we except. We will keep you informed when the status changes.
First, you must become a member of TeleGram Collective. To become a member, you must first be verified. To be verified, we will need you to provide TeleGram Collective with your valid California ID/License and your California Recommendation. Located on your paper Recommendation sheet, there is a 24-hour Verification website and phone number. We will need this information along with your patient ID number located on your recommendation sheet. This number may sometimes be your driver’s license number, a 16-digit number, or birthday. Once you have provided TeleGram Collective with this information, one of our volunteers will then verify you. Once you have been verified, you will have full access as a member to our collective. Once you have placed your order, one of our Volunteer Driver’s will be dispatched for delivery. Once our driver has arrived at the location, he will then need to enter your home. Once the driver has entered your home, he will then provide you with our Patient Agreement Package, at this time you will exchange your Valid California ID and your California Recommendation form with the driver. The driver will then scan your ID and REC and return them to you, once you have returned the signed agreement package. The driver will then exit your home and re-enter with the ordered medication. You, as the patient, will then verify that your order is correct and that the medication is to your standards. You will then exchange the donation with the driver and he will be on his way.
